Whilst we are pleased to offer aircraft maintenance tooling according to OEM specifications, we have come up with a few ideas ourselves, based on our own personal years of experience in base and line maintenance. We do not agree that most aircraft GSE has to be heavy, bulky and expensive so we have come up with some creative solutions that not only will save on the initial purchase, but also on increased longevity and reduced shipping costs as even our largest GSE equipment is designed to fit on a standard size pallet.
All Plane Partners' tooling and ground support equipment is manufactured to the strictest specifications, load-tested as appropriate and supplied with our Certificate of Conformity and CE approvals where applicable.
Plane Partners' tools and equipment are designed and developed by professionals with extensive aircraft maintenance field experience. We fully realize that what may sound like a good idea, or look good on a drawing, may not function properly on the apron or on the hangar floor. Therefore, all of our GSE prototypes are ground tested, usually for several weeks, by our partner airlines before being offered to the open market. This gives us the opportunity to redesign or rectify any discrepancies that will only come to light during a fully functional use, so you can be sure that all of our products have undergone whole development cycle and are fully fitted for their intended purpose.
This also means that all essential equipment comes as standard. We do not believe in advertising a low price, then forcing you to add “options” to make it work. So you can guarantee that any piece of equipment manufactured by Plane Partners will work “straight out of the box”.
At Plane Partners, we stand behind our products by offering a one year warranty on all of our equipment. We are confident to do this, because our products are expertly designed and constructed from the best quality, corrosion resistant materials. Modular construction and the use of widely available commercial products and hardware, whenever possible, guarantees maintenance free operation for years to come. Should your equipment require a warranty repair, or as a result of operational damage, we will ensure that it is back in service as quickly as possible.
